CAP 1

This phase is intended to assist in alerting and guarding.

On order, your dog will be able to alert, bark, come forward, and demonstrate force to any possible threat.

This level of training does not educate the dog to apprehend or defend itself physically.

 

CAP 2

This phase is intended to teach physical defense.

Your dog will be able to warn, bark, and come forward in addition to aggressively protecting (biting) against a visual threat.

When a dog is taught to this level, he or she must be trained on a regular basis to preserve workability.

CAP 3

This phase is intended to be your total protection package.

Your dog will have all of the talents described in CAP levels 1 and 2, as well as the ability to look for dangers through room/home clearance.

Because of the specialized nature of this training, a CAP 3 dog will require the most maintenance.
